Carburetor Co., Ltd. ("Zhanjiang Deni"), is a CPP jointly-controlled entity, with the latter holding 28% of its share.

Established in 1992, Zhanjiang Deni principally engages in the production and sales of both automobile and motorcycle carburetors, general-purpose carburetors as well as automobile accessories. Zhanjiang Deni currently has about 1,300 staff including 140 engineers and technicians. To seize the growing motorcycle market in Chongqing, Zhanjiang Deni established a branch there in 2006 named Chongqing Dezhong Company which principally produces motorcycle and general-purpose carburetors.

Currently the largest manufacturer of motorcycle carburetors in China, Zhanjiang Deni has more than 20 processing and assembling lines for carburetor products, which can produce different kinds of carburetors such as mechanical carburetors, electric control carburetors and electric spray systems. Its carburetor products are mainly sold to motorcycle manufacturers in China.

Zhanjiang Deni also has processing and assembling workshops for automobile accessories which are sold to automobile manufacturers including major customers like Dongfeng Honda and Dongfeng Nissan.
