The Research & Development team of Zhanjiang Deni consists of product designers and mold makers who are responsible for the design and mold-making of carburetors and automobile accessories. Molds are created in the "Mold Design and Manufacturing Center" which has over 60 mold technicians working there. In addition, the center holds 54 sets of processing equipment including a high speed milling machine which can produce different kinds of molds.

Moreover, its "R&D Center for Carburetors" is equipped with various testing equipments such as a comprehensive flow rate test station, engine test system, electric spray marking system and a low temperature test room, all of which are used for testing different functions in the newly developed carburetors.

Zhanjiang Deni's aluminum alloy die-casting workshop and zinc alloy die-casting workshop are mainly for pressing automobile accessories and carburetor bodies. The die-casting workshops have 11 units of cold chamber die-casting machines and 9 units of hot chamber die-casting machines, with tonnages ranging from 80T to 800T.

With building areas of 1,800 and 3,700 square meters for processing carburetors and automobile accessories, the processing workshop features numerous sets of advanced processing and assembling lines and numerical machines, producing precise parts in various shapes and sizes.

With a building area of 2,660 square meters, the assembly workshop for carburetors and electric spray devices has eight production lines which are divided up into diaphragm-type carburetor assembly line, plunger type carburetor assembly line and electric spray device production lines, for assembling mechanical carburetors, electric control carburetors and electric spray systems.

For automobile accessories, there is only one assembly line in the assembly workshop which is used mainly for assembling throttle car parts.

Zhanjiang Deni has a fully-integrated quality monitoring and control system, from raw materials to primary processing to fine processing to finished products, all production processes are inspected on-line using advanced equipment so as to comply with the production standards of Keihin of Japan, assuring the continuous quality of its products.
