Established in 1995, ECI Metro is Caterpillar's dealer in western China, responsible for the sales, leasing and repair of Caterpillar's machinery equipment in Yunnan, Guizhou, Sichuan, Chongqing, Tibet, Shaanxi, Gansu, Qinghai and Ningxia. Headquartered in Kunming, Yunnan province, ECI Metro also has branches and representative offices in those provinces under its dealerships.
