("CTC") serves as a type of broad-spectrum antibiotic which is effective against various types of bacteria, making it an antibiotic without compare. CTC is suitable for poultry, swine, sheep and cattle. Appropriate dosages at frequent intervals not only can prevent disease, but also increase the survival and growth rate of swine and poultry, the laying rate of poultry, as well as improving the overall feed efficiency.

As part of CPP’s mission of promoting healthy growth of livestock and protecting animals from disease, we produce feed-grade Chlortetracycline ("FG CTC") and Hydrochloride Chlortetracycline ("HCL CTC") for feed additives.

CPP operates two biochemical production companies in China. Our supplies of CTC are produced by subsidiaries Pucheng Chia Tai Biochemistry Co., Ltd. and Zhumadian Huazhong Chia Tai Biochemistry Co., Ltd. With combined annual production capacities of 45,000 tons for FG CTC and 1,000 tons for HCL CTC, the Group is currently China’s largest producer of CTC.

Our CTC products are marketed under the brand name "Shihao" and "Citifac" and are sold in China and overseas countries, such as Europe, America and Southeast Asia.

All our production processes have been awarded the certification of Chinese Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and European GMP for animal drugs, as well as approved by the US Food and Drug Administration ("FDA") and issued a Certificate of Suitability (COS) from the European Pharmacopoeia Commission.
